Rugby Gymnastics Club offers Men’s and Women’s competitive Squads. Entry into the squads is by selection only and our coaches regularly assess gymnasts to be selected for these groups.
Our high-performance facility is an ideal environment for artistic gymnastics. The fully equipped gym offers international standard equipment, with all artistic apparatus as well as expansive foam pits and rebound equipment including trampolines and an 18m fast track.
We offer progressive pathways for gymnasts who are suitable to participate in Artistic Gymnastics, with highly qualified and experienced coaches. Gymnasts can train between 2 and 24 hours per week depending on their age and level of ability.
We offer competitive opportunities working along the British Gymnastics Grades pathways and voluntary competitions as well as regional and invitational competitions for novice performers.
Rugby Gymnastics Club has a successful history in artistic gymnastics with our members regularly attending regional and national competitions, as well as being selected for regional and national squads.
Our high-performance facility is perfect for developing tumbling with a full-length competitive tumble track. In addition to an 18m fast track, trampolines, and foam pits to assist with safe and progressive skill development.
Gymnasts in our tumbling squads train between 2 and 9 hours per week depending on their age and level of ability. Our tumbling squad works alongside the British Gymnastics National Development Programme.
Starting at a club level, they work to progress through the pathway towards FIG level. The Squad competes at Invitational events as well as Regional and National competitions.
We regularly have gymnasts qualifying to represent the West Midlands region at the National Finals.
